Cherry Blossoms

When our friend Ginny got married two years ago, I remember thinking how much I liked her choice of reception flowers (above photo). Each table was set with a cylindrical vase full of cherry blossom branches. It was simple, elegant, and looked beautiful whether taking in a panoramic view of the whole reception site or just one table setting.

So when we were recently asked to create an engagement gift set, I couldn't help but think about somehow including a cherry blossom motif. The result was a pink and white themed set that includes the below scalloped circles with cherry blossom branches running throughout the cookie matched with 3 personalized hearts, LOVE and dotted wedding cake cookies, and a dozen assorted buttons.
And continuing with the theme, we found these letterpress wedding invitations by Bella Figura that would go great with any cherry blossom motif. We just love the understated design and quality that comes from letterpress printing.
